Our post construction cleaning is provided in the following three stages:
ROUGH CLEANING
Our rough cleaning services are done after the framing, plumbing and electrical have been inspected and completed and may be done before or after the sheetrock has been installed or what is also considered the “dried in stage”. This first phase helps prepare our contractors for the incoming subs for painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry.
Cleaning services includes:
PREP CLEAN
Detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms to include: sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, countertops and cabinets.
· Clean and shine all medicine cabinets, mirrors, closets, doors, wood work and bath accessories.
· Removal of any stickers remaining on the appliances, fixtures, cabinets and windows.
· Cleaning baseboards, sliding glass doors, frames and tracks, window frames, sills and tracks, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, window ledges, mirrors, carpets vacuumed, floors vacuumed and mopped as necessary to prepare for the punch list.
Note cleaning services requested after the Prep Cleaning has been completed will be provided for an additional charge.
FINAL CLEAN
· Any trash and debris from the interior of the unit is disposed of as directed.
Cabinets, counter tops and vanity tops are cleaned & polished
Clean all wood base, casing, and sills. Clean all wood shelving.
Dust or vacuum walls as needed.
All touch ups will be addressed and everything will be considered move in ready.
All surfaces are cleaned and shined to include electrical fixtures and trim.
The garage is swept, carpet vacuumed, floors mopped and any dust still remaining is addressed.
Our Final Cleaning Service addresses all touch ups necessary for the facility to be considered move in ready. This includes a final sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and removal of any dust still remainign.
Our detailed cleaning includes but is not limited to: removal of minor debris, paint, stickers, tape, tile/grout scrubbing/cleaning, dusting & sanitizing.
