APPOINTMENT DATE
 
 
At Estimate Appointment Date the Absolute Cleaning Representatives will walk through the premises and:
  • Discuss and accurately define the level of cleaning and services required prior to cleaning appointment.  
  • Clients will be asked to inform the representatives of any special requests such as particular objects not to be cleaned or moved, pets, etc. 
  • Ensure time requested by customer is sufficient to complete task outlined.
  • If the staff recommends additional time, customer has the option to either secure additional time or lessen tasks given to staff.

     

  SERVICE

APPOINTMENT DATE

 

 

At Service Appointment Date Absolute Cleaning Representatives will arrive at premises at the agreed time:

  • Client, or previously designated client representative, must be present to receive the Dust Angels representative.
  • 15 minutes of grace period will be given to the client to receive our representatives. 
  • If client is not present, Dust Angels representatives will depart and a $25.00 service fee per  representative will be charged to client's credit card.

  • All pets should be secured to avoid exposure to hazardous chemicals; unless pet service is required and agreed upon at the Estimate Appointment Date.
  • To assure customer satisfaction Absolute Cleaning thanks our clients for being present to inspect cleaning job. However, this is not a requirement.

 CANCELLATIONS, FEES & REFUNDS

 

 

Cancellations must be done by 2:00 pm the day prior to service appointment date

 

  • If cancellation is done the day prior to service appointment date then prior payment is 100% refundable upon cancellation of service. 
  • If cancellation is not done by 2:00 pm the day prior to the service visit:
    • A $25.00 service fee will be charged per Dust Angel Representative.
    • $25.00 lock-out service fee will be charged if we fail to gain access to the premises arranged to be serviced.
  • There are no refunds or partial credits after services have been performed.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning service, a representative will gladly return to the premises within 24 to 48 hours from date of service to amend the problem
  • A $30.00 charge will be added to service fee for checks returned as a result of insufficient funds.
